Steel-wire rope is high-risk component in ropeway equipment and cranes, it has always been considered to be the "life line" of ropeway safety. For a long time, safe operation of wire rope in ropeway equipment is always difficult or the "bind area" due to lack of scientific, practical and reliable test methods.
This inspector is high-efficient, high-speed, practical professional non-destructive inspection instrument. The excellent technology and prominent technology enable our detector to solve the difficult problem in non-destructive and quantitative inspection on wire rope which is unsolved with traditional inspection technology for a long time. It becomes the only intelligent instrument at present for accurate evaluation on residual bearing capacity and service life of wire rope, preventing from wire breakage accident, ensuring safe and reliable operation of ropeways and cranes wire rope.
It takes quantitative inspection of percentage loss of effective metallic bearing cross-sectional area caused by wire rope’s internal or external breakages, abrasion, corrosion, fatigue and other defects, correctly evaluate the residual bearing capacity and service life of wire rope; provide scientific foundation to crane customers in safe application and reasonable replacement of wire rope based on requirement of relevant standards and specifications.
The test range covers common specification of steel-wire rope. Equipped with dedicated data analysis software, our detector can provide evaluation to user on the residua bearing capacity and service life of steel-wire rope. |

Features

Model information
There are two groups of models:
Ropeway models are used for ropes in 6~26mm diameter, weighted 1~2 Kg.
Crane models are used for ropes in 26~56mm diameter, weighted 2 Kg. |
